I agree with the other reviews about the older receptionist, she’s always unprofessional. After having a Telehealth appointment with Dr Wong this week, I couldn’t even pick up my pathology referral from her without her trying to pick a fight. They need to bring Athena back. There are VERY long waiting times for appointments, but I’m very impressed with the sympathetic care and support I’ve received from Dr Andrew Wong.

The doctors here are ok, though they did miss checking for STD when I asked them to run a thorough checkup before I wanted to conceive. They don’t give you much advice either as they are always seem to be super busy. The average waiting time is 15-30 mins which is not great if you attend the appointment during your lunch break. The elder receptionist does not greet you at all (especially if you’re not Caucasian) and when she greets you finally she’s like “Yes” without even looking at you. She does not tell you how long you will have to wait and just asks you to sit down. Really don’t want to come here again.

I have been regularly seeing a GP here, Dr. Mathushinee Mohanachandran, and she has been nothing less than great support. She has helped me navigate though a stressful period by constantly listening, observing symptoms and following up. The receptionists on the other hand tend to be rude. A couple of them are quite nice. But Chrystal for example tends to always want to lecture. I have had two incidents with her in which she lacked empathy, a logical understanding that she works with patients who might be facing pain, stress, fear etc., and manners. Extremely unprofessional. Also on two occasions, I walked in and addressed one of the receptionists with the short hair and on BOTH days she ignored me. The first time I assumed was because she might’ve thought I was rude since that day I rushed into saying hello and gave my details straight away. She ignored me and so I waited for a whole 2 minutes until she looked at me and said hello. The next time, I walked in and since my previous experience has left me a bit anxious, I was cautious and just simply said hello. TWICE. She didn’t look up. Seemed bothered that I repeated myself the other time as she just looked at the other receptionist. I stood there for another 30 seconds but then just addressed the second receptionist who was completely nice but it was odd that she didn’t try to make the situation any less awkward for me by replying to me instead of her colleague from the first place. The reception is the fortune cookie of experiences, it really just depends on your luck and who you get. There is a lack of work standard as obviously some of the individuals that work there are better trained than others.

Dr Michael Malouf is the best doctor. Highly recommended. Although the waiting time is not the best & that’s because he takes time to treat his patients unlike others

They make me wait for abit over 1 hour because I I asked for the next available doctor and didn't make any appointment before this. Althought theres no more patient for 30minutes and they make me wait for more than 1 hour thats crazy and one of the receptionist is a KAREN for sure. 100% not coming back
