The doctors and specialists are great world class professionals! Hence the 3 stars! My experiences with the nurses however was very bitter. Some are very aggressive towards the parents! They do not handle inquiries with reason and are quick to shut down any requests by parents. It's almost perceived that the parents don't know anything. They seem to have a God complex going on by working in a hospital. The worst thing is that some nurses are quick to enforce their authority towards the parents, but once they receive a negative reaction caused by their negative tone and language, they are quick to complain that the parents are nasty. But honestly, the team of doctors and specialists are great! My hat off to you all! I only wish you guys had more time to See the patients

Excellent hospital. The facility is great, but so is the care provided. The nurses, doctors, specialists, cleaning staff - everyone is kind and professional. Last time I was there, I was in the waiting room for a while and the security guard could see that I was having a hard time. Well, he went out of his way to bring me a hot cup of tea and make sure that I was comfortable. Truly, everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting here has been delightful.

Doctor: I will write you a discharged paper *1 hour later* Walking in the hallway with coffee while chatting with other doctors and nurses *1 hour later* Still no sight of him *1 hour later* Come back with a piece of paper and saying I can leave now, I had to ask for the follow-up and other information I need, because they didn't say anything when discharging us. Brilliant! What a waste of 3 hours in my life that I can't get it back , while my son is sickly and uncomfortably resting on my arms

Emergency is just complete ignorance!! My son was vomiting and had a headache for 2 days. Went to the GP who sent me straight to the Emergency with her letter. After registration had to wait 2,5h to get have a word with a doctor who had to leave after 2min. Seems Emergency operates with only 1 doctor as we waited another 1h when I raised my concern that after 3,5 still NOTHING happened. Finally we meet the doctor and a quick 1h later we got that blood, urine and ECG is need which took 15min to make. An 1,5h later we got knowing that all negative and 6,5h spent conclusion: SEEMS OK. If any problem arise go back to GP or come back here... NEVER AGAIN!!!! (if you can choose go anywhere else but here!!
