Very reliable advice and products, great location. Beats buggering around at Bunnings, so much more efficient.
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen. Had to order a simple spare part for a Grohe kitchen mixer through them and took them a dozen phone calls and emails and two weeks to just put the order. They never got back to me when they said they would. I am amazed how these guys are still in bussiness.
