Today I visited the Smile direct club for a free consultation and 3D scan, Ashleigh looked after me, she along with the other staff member were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. More than happy to answer any questions I had and very knowledgeable about everything involved with the process. The 3d scan was fascinating to see and I felt it was definitely worth going in in person to do. I felt totally at ease through the experience and confident in the company.

Nice staff there. During the treatment, my online query got fast reply. My broken aligner got replaced. When I was not completely satisfied with the result, I received the aligner touch up. Worth a try.

Smile Direct Club on Hay St has given me the best experience I could ask for when attending my first consultation for 3D scans. I had the privilege of having Ashleigh as my consultant, who was extremely professional and thorough with her explanations. She was also very kind and patient with every question that I had. Ashleigh has made my first impression of Smile Direct club very delightful and I would highly reccomend her to my friends and family. The rest of the staff treated me with respect and made me feel very welcomed. I also have had great experiences with the customer service over the phone, where I knew I would be running late for my appointment and so I called 10 minutes before hand asking for it to be pushed to a later time. They moved it for me without a problem and accomodated every need I had. Overall 10/10 customer service!

Had a great experience with my initial appointment today - Ashleigh was very friendly and explained everything very well. I'm confident moving forward with Smile Direct Club, and knowing there is a physical branch is comforting.

Avoid this place that engages in false, misleading and deceptive marketing. Was promised a $50 gift card for visiting a clinic and although I visited the clinic, despite writing to them almost 6 times, I have had no luck on obtaining this “gift card”.nnWorse than this, their sales staff / clinic attendant are very pushy also - she told me I could get the treatment done on both upper and lower teeth in an effort to sign me up and get the sale. Obviously she had no idea / and is not a real dentist. The company later called me saying they couldn’t do the treatment for my lower teeth and offered a discount for my lower teeth. What’s the point? I visited a registered orthodontist later and got professional advice and the correct treatment. This company should be banned from Australia. Avoid at all costs!
