Very professional, friendly, fast and efficient. After calling a list of '24 hour services' we had no luck getting through until 'A Class Safe & Security Service'. It was 1am and our call was answered on the first dial. He did not sound annoyed at all and arrived in less than 30 minutes. We live in a apartment so we needed access without our fob key before getting to our front door. And it was a success. We are now inside and are so grateful for the service we have just experienced. Definitely 'A Class' type of service, Thank you!

5:30 am we made the call to come out and change the locks on a rental apartment front door. He was there in less than 30 mins. Happy and friendly for the time he received the call. He replaced the front door lock quickly and when we enquirer if he could change out two padlocks he did it no problem. His price was half of what we expected it to be so very fair and reasonable. I cannot recommend this company enough. We are very appreciative and value the service received.

David was very kind and accommodating. He took time to search for a smart lock that suit my need and my budget. Done a beautiful fitting and again took time to ring the support to help me to set up the new codelock before leaving. David was very patience and gentle. Blessing to have him around.

It was very late in the afternoon and I had my hand in my car door with keys locked inside like a clown. Dave pulled over to see if I needed a hand which I clearly did. He was friendly from the beginning and just happy to help. A very short time later I had my keys back in my hand. He was friendly, professional and bloody efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone.
