Visited WFW, I had to match up a no name branded filter with one similar, WFW were very eager to help and gave me a few options.nGreat communication and easy to deal with.nI will return in 12 months.

Rod was pleasant and helpful, was even prepared to install the very next day (mentioned I would not have much time in the next week)nnI opted for self install and he labelled all the hoses on the RO kit. Wouldn't have needed it but just made the install a little quicker.

Mark was very friendly and efficient. He was available within 48 hours and arrived on time. Very good value for money. Will definitely contact them again when I need my water filter replaced. Thanks Mark and Rod!

They had the 20 inch x 20 micron & 1.0 micron water filters in stock when nobody else did. Well done, quick, efficient and friendly service. I will be back next year.

I've using water filter warehouse for years they call me when my system needs a service arrange a time and arrive within that time, do the job and go. They always clean up, are courteous and polite. Yes they charge a little more but I've just call them out to fix a leak they came out fixed the problem and NO CHARGE. Tell me where else in today's market will you find that? I recommend them to anyone who wants it done right first time.
