Their policy is a deposit before they come out. I had 2 appliances that needed attention and it felt like it was going to be more than what I expected to pay. So I used Knights Appliances and I got the service and price I was expecting without needing to pay a deposit. Unfortunately, the operator at Camtec Appliances didn't give me the confidence to use this company to service my appliances

Despite other reviews my experience was fantastic. The technician came to my home and was professional, helpful and courteous. He was prompt with what needed to be done and I have now had my faulty fridge replaced by Samsung, all within a 3 week timeframe.
They set a trap and cheats your money. My oven knob is broken. First time I checked with them and they said I just need an universal knob. I bought one from them and not fit in this oven. Then I checked with them again and they said they can send a technician to fix this and make sure no problem. I paid nearly $200 let them do this but not fixed. After two days they call me they have to come again and ask me pay another $200 in advance. I did again but ended with not fixed result. Now I been called and I have to pay another $140 to fix this and not guaranteed. ud83dude31
