Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried ordering online, order never received, wouldn’t return my calls. Took over a month to get a replacement order. Told me my order had been delivered, but could not give me a shipping number, any tracking info or a delivery confirmation. Went in today, as I don’t trust their online orders and they’re even worse in person, so unnecessarily rude, they obviously don’t want to be there. Wish I could purchase uniforms elsewhere.

nice spacious store. They follow good hygiene practice due to Covid. Friendly staff; can look busy at times. Other than the week before school start, it is not overly busy, usually get served within 5-10 minutes. There is a few fitting rooms if you need to try things on. There is parking within the store perimeter and you can also use street parking. Beginning of year 2021, they have experienced a lot of delays in their shipment and thus many uniforms were not available.

Bit crowded due to start of school year. Had to return, due to higher price being charged, due to incorrect bar code. Very cooperative and patient staff.

I have paid for and been given different items to what my daughter tried on in the store. The skirts we paid for and thought we had in the packages were the pleated ones. However, this week we thought we would try them on her again as it’s been a few months since we bought them (trying to be ready and beat the rush for school uniforms)and have opened the packages to find that the skirts are completely different to the ones we wanted, and they do not fit as they are tiny.nnI have currently been on hold to the Jandakot store for 20 mins without speaking to anyone, just a repetitive message talking about how great they are at helping customers. I don’t think this is true, and reading some of the reviews above I am not the only one.nnI will just be heading to the store to deal with this and will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. Terrible service.

A long que to get in because of covid restrictions. Staff were doing their best to cope. Friendly and good product knowledge. Overall a positive experience despite the wait.
