Floors of Distinction was recommended by our builder and their workmanship was top notch. We went for Embelton raw wide board engineered black butt, sanded on site with Bona Traffic in satin finish. Glad we opted for sanding on site as the boards sat neatly with no gaps in between. It's a lovely natural looking floor with variations. The job was completely on time and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!

The guys came on time and also finished on time as advised. Luigi's workmanship was excellent. Matt was great in removing my carpets too. I like dealing with Mark as he was upfront and a genuine guy. Unfortunately, Jason was late for the first appointment to do an in-house quote which left a bad impression but Mark came to cover him immediately. I'd recommend Mark, Luigi and Matt.

I have known this company professionally for the best part of 20 years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at timber flooring. They have a courteous, honest, professional and respectful approach to business and their work is consistently to a high standard.

After 7 years, its time to put this solid rating. They did my solid jarrah timber flooring circa 2013, did concrete floor survey to check for flatness, seal it, then install the timber onto floor, prime it with Bona, and 2 coats of Bona HD. Within a month small issues came, i had a few ‘empty cavity knocks’ here and there, but they were quick to rectify it. The timber floor was our pride and the talk among guests. Notably, i find it interesting how tradies would comment how good the floor looked, and asked me for contacts.nnFriendly staff, i think they are a legend. Defo can’t go wrong with them.nnDon’t haggle, this is not Thailand and you step on this forever. You pay for what you get.nnMy floor is like day one, except for features created by ourselves. With solid Jarrah, the colour turns richer every year.nnSoon
