There's never enough staff here to help.nnI've been 3 times, once with my wife and twice on my own with my baby. First time with my wife we waited a very long time until someone was able to help us. When I've been back with my boy I was unable to find anyone who could assist me at all.nnThis isn't an indictment on the staff but on the management who don't have enough people staffed on. I sympathise with the staff because it must be stressful to work here when they are constantly in demand.nnWhen you're walking into this type of shop with a baby hanging off your arm it's important that someone is able to assist in a timely manner. In my experience it's never the case here.nnIn contrast, Baby Road just over the road is always loaded with helpful staff who greet you as you enter. I strongly suggest visiting there instead. Especially if you're a bloke who is one their own.

I always enjoy browsing this baby store. The staff are always so helpful and not pushy, just there if you need them and always really helpful when it comes to answering questions about prams and things. I find this store has a much nicer and friendlier atmosphere compared to babyroad across the road.

Best baby shop around! Friendly and helpful staff that are more than happy to help, even if you don't know what you're looking for. Product knowledge is superb and they have the vast majority of items. Specialist brand representatives are also usually around for any tricky questions if needed, or to fit a baby seat. Best sale periods are end of year and end of financial year, plus there is always their price match guarantee!

Booked to have a baby car seat fitted. Rang the store on the day to check that it would be okay to be done without my granddaughter with me. I was assured it would be done, so that I could pick her up and drive safely home from her daycare centre. When I travelled to the store, and waited for the job to be done they would NOT fit the car seat. Not happy. I won't ever buy anything from Baby Bunting again.
