Centrelink

l went to Gosnells centrelink for the first time, the staffs were helpful. Ms Sandy, one of the staff, went an extra mile to help me and l appreciate that..nShe made my life easy and my work was done well. Due to social distancing, l was unable to give her a hug! thanks. keep it up!!

After waiting in queue to fix a problem that Centrelink caused, I was told to go home and call instead. No explanation as to why I couldn't be helped in office. If I had to guess it's because they simply could not be bothered dealing with the problem they caused in the first place. Useless.

Once in a blue moon I'm between jobs, this centrelink is by far the worst I have ever been to. You are treated like your taking money from them personally.. 3 hours waiting know one could care less

Generally slow to process claims and issues generally arise with the disassociation between local claim creation and assessment (students being done over east)nnhowever I experienced excellent service today while speaking to Avril.nnAdvisable to turn up before 3pm with sufficient documents and to keep facts and feelings separate to enable a smooth claim.
