APM

I have called them over 10 times for my appointment booked tomorrow. No success, I will spam call for an hour and see what happens. But the message bank is full so I can’t even leave a message.nnToday I was sent a text stating that I have an appointment. Nice to only give me 24hrs notice.nI have university, I can’t answer the call at the time selected tomorrow. And I am STUDYING, so why am being enrolled into an employment program.

This I the worst place ever. Unable to contact them . Messages full. Asked to be transferred 3 times to a closer branch. Nothing happened. Called the other branch and no requests have been made regarding this.nThere is a few good people but I'm sorry I'm going to ask to change

average at best but better than some other providers.

SO HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT TEN FIFTEEN TODAY COULDNT MAKE IT BEEN RINGING APM SINCE 930 TO RESCHEDULE THERE PHONE JUST RINGS OUT THEN GOES TO MESSAGE BANK....WHICH IS FULL SO CANT EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE BAD OFFICE TO COMMUNICATE WITH BUT WHEN YOUR THERE THEY ACTUALLY WORK HARD TO HELP YOU 6 POTATOES OUT OF TEN I GIVE THEM

APM sent me a msg on my mobile saying I had a phone appointment with them.I waited for 2 hours and no call came through, the next thing I get a msg from centerlink that my payment has been suspended.I call APM and the lady was extremely rude she said I got the msg about phone appointment from centerlink not from them and that I had a physical appointment with them.I was surprised as I had a message from APM and not centerlink and I did not get any message saying that I had a physical appointment.If you can not admit your mistakes then you shouldn’t be working with people.I do not trust this company at all.They should find good staff and not people who are irresponsible.
