Paid $220 to have a guy come and throw rat baits in my roof. I was very disappointed to find out they cannot enter a steel roof space to help me find my why my house stinks. Guy was there for 15mins and stood on a ladder throwing baits. Had i known earlier about the roof space i would not have booked the job and wasted my money. He said the baits are better than bunnings once i questioned him on the on value.....i was shocked but still paid not wanting to argue as we had just moved into our new home.
Inspector turned up on time, polite and professional, really happy with the work. Highly recommended. Thank you.
