Darren arrived in 10m after my call on a Saturday morning. After having some trouble with the smart lock, he walked down the street, found someone who had a extra long ladder, brought it back and climbed up to the third storey to get into our place via a window. All so he didn’t destroy our smart lock, which would cost us an extra $300-$500 to replace. Amazing service, and goes the extra mile!
