So I went instore not knowing what i was looking for or what dress i wanted to buy and the loveliest sales rep named Crystal Godfrey helped me not only pick out the perfect dress for me, but made me feel so good about myself in that dress too! I cant express enough gratitude to her, she's easily one of the best people i have come into contact with in the sales industry! Definitely returning to this store!
Had the most dissapointing experience. Ranging from an obvious aim to reach KPI’s and even being criticised about myself from one of the staff members. I came to shop for clothing, not be put down. You do not sell products by pointing out insecurities of others. Do not recommend shopping here, I am still in disbelief of what happened.
The carosel location caters to the cover up people burkas going uncovered without their daddys knowing it..naughty
