We bought a stroller yesterday at Cannington store. Barb assisted us in stroller selection and even went extra miles in negotating extra discount with her manager. Overall, great customer experience and awesome products on sale! My wife is absolutely a happy member :)
Fantastic customer service from Shannon from the Cannington store. After an issue with a car seat, she was able to get everything sorted for me and made the whole process very easy! Would definitely recommend!
There was three registers, one server and a line going out the door.nThey need more staff on and perhaps a dedicated person to sort out returns.nI was in that line for 45 minutes

I’ve had to order specific items in, and return items that had been recalled. No problems what so ever. Usually the store is well stocked, and prices are good when sales are on. They also price match if you find the exact item elsewhere for cheaper
