My fiance turned up at the shop on Tuesday for his 9:30 appointment. Finally at 10am Anton opened the store and told him his booking was for Saturday. My fiance showed Anton the email confirming his appointment was for 930 that morning. A vague apology was given before he was shoved out the door as they were expecting a wedding party in.nnUnprofessional service and i wouldn't trust it for my wedding day after this experience. We rebooked with Suit Vault in Subiaco who have been extremely helpful :)
If you ever need formalwear this is the place to go. Anton was fantastic and knew my size without even asking, now that's talent. Anton was very honest and didn't try and sell me something I wouldn't use and the tux is great quality and a very affordable price. Too class place.
Andrea is the best bridal sales woman I’ve seen in Perth! After having a not so great experience at another branch, I came in just to look around and she was more than willing to let me browse. She then said I could try ANYTHING on if I wanted and we just had a general chat. After talking her ear off for about 1/2 an hour I tried on some dresses, and FELL IN LOVE with one I never thought I’d like! She was patient, bubbly and kind. I didn’t feel pushed into buying anything instead I made up my own mind about a gown and now have found the perfect dress!nCannot recommend her enough and GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!
