I always find the staff very helpful and happy to provide matching garments to try on. Excellent help when I was in with my baby.

I drive 3 hours to shop at Picnic in garden city and buy $600 worth a clothes. The ladies are pushy with there sales and were very rude to me when I asked to have a top swapped because it was coming apart at the seams. Yes I had worn it only once but they wouldn’t swap it. It happened once before and I had worn it but they swapped it for me so I don’t know why they would do it this time. I own a business myself and our service is excellent when you read our reviews. These ladies do not know how to offer good service. The quality of clothes are poor if they fall apart after wearing once.

The experience I had at Picnic Clothing in Booragoon was fantastic!! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! !! They helped me with sizing as well as the garments best to suit my body type. 5 stars all around for the ladies at Picnic Booragoon

I bought a dress denim oversized shirt dress in store on the saturday wore it once on saturday afternoon and dress started tearing spontaneously ripping in various places mainly in the bleached denim areas at the end of the night there were several holes in it , I took the garment back on the Sunday I was told I could exchange it but I wanted my money back I was told I couldnt get my money back as there were no staff on who could do this so voiced I return on the Monday when there is a manager on . So I returned it on the Monday and they couldn't refund me voiced it needed to go to head office to be looked at I filled a form and kept the receipt so far no response first time and last time shopping at Picnic clearly a faulty product made me feel it was my fault the big shops eg Zara, Kmart no questions asked you get your money back. I believe I as the consumer have the right to ask for my choice of a replacement or refund so not a good experience they make it so hard to get your money back .
