I am a massive fan of PE Dept.nOver the last year, they have tailored the movements to suit my body.nMy back back is now strong, and has not failed me in months.nReally really impressed.nPlus the coffee at Brew Moon on their door step is pretty special too.
Fantastic boutique gym with personal training and group classes. I have been training with Brendon for almost 10 years now and so glad he has his own space now. He has done an amazing job fitting the place out with everything you need. They are building a real community atmosphere here and are super supportive with everyone.
