I had a large space that needed a custom built-in wardrobe. David was brusque, intolerant and dismissive. Sent me a design in a text message which was hard to decipher as it was so tiny and hand-drawn, then produced a wardrobe that looked like I could have made it myself from Bunnings or Ikea and charged me $1500 for it. Not even any drawers in it. Stupidly I had paid up front. When I asked for some drawers, he told me that would be an extra $450. Very rude.
