They have a new lady called Rain running the candle workshops. I went last Saturday and it was fantastic, 3 hours of very chilled candle making. I learnt so much from Rain and she is a beautiful soul. Would recommend :)

Please be warned do not book anything and do not part with your money. This business is obviously not operating as have had workshops that I initially booked in December cancelled on numerous occasions due to insufficient stock and now they are not answering the phone or responding to messenger. I am still waiting to attend or get my money back and this was a gift for my daughter's birthday.

Terrible customer service I was completely ignored by the lady working whilst waiting to check out. There is also such a lack of stock, I was very disappointed having driven such a long way to this store. The website states things are in stock but they are not. I do not recommend!!

WARNING!!!!nHe says good family business!! I say do not book! They book me in for a course takes my kids money as this was brought for my birthday! Knowing the whole time it was not going to go ahead!nI issued letter asking formally for refund, notice from consumer protection website.nHas now blocked me and not answering emails or messages how many people are owed money ?nThis was before the government lockdowns!nKept deleting my posts in his fb page and now closed their Facebook business account.n5 days then onto complaint officially with consumer protection hopefully will stop people like these ripping people off !

I have been giving chances for this company to rectify the issues but there is no communication. After knowing there are victims out there, I think it is time to write one warning others to avoid this company and do not sign up their candle making class. They are still taking booking online and obviously can't deliver the service. don't waste your time and not worth the stress. Apparently, they can delete bad comments on their facebook page so you only see the good ones.nnSigned up for candle making class. Class got cancelled twice. Then, no reply to emails, no one picks up the phone calls, no reply to facebook messages either despite FB indicates that messages have been seen. All these mean that I cannot get a refund directly from them. It looks like they are not paying their employee either.nnBad business practice. it needs to be reported to the ombudsman. this is how they treat their employees and customers. They have taken people money without providing the service. This is fraud.nnEditn*** Response to the owner ***nI can't believe that a google review is the only way to finally get your attention. Not a single time that the email communication was rude/threaten but polite. You will know who i am if you are responding to your emails/messages/phone calls. As requested below, i have sent you yet another email with my receipt, booking number and identified myself.nn*** Edit Update ***nEmail sent to the provided address. Again, no response. Now, I have to initiate other formal processes to get in touch with the owner. Still waiting for the refund.....
