Rude staff ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e lady named Tanya told us not to touch things due to covid then you should not be working due to covid or close your business, similar experience happened at carousel store few months ago where another old lady was rude n grumpy
Worst customer service.The lady named tanya was so rude and sarcastic.I have never faced such a bad customer service .I was there to buy a dress for my daughter but the way she commented on me and my kids was really bad.Will definitely be never returning to this particular store.Management should do something about it.
poor customer service, so rude, when they pack for u they didn’t check the dress and then when I return she told me have marks so can’t change she say they check when they put the bag, check shop camera please, so bad service, never go again, the shop will closed down if staff still rude, bye
The shop is alot bigger then most of the other stores and tidy and clean. We told the lady who was processing our sale that we were a member she had only just scanned out items and then said you should have told me before..... pretty certain it is apart of your job and also we hadn't even paid for our items yet, sorry for inconveniencing you!
Reasonable prices, good selections and great atmosphere. My wife and I fell in love with this place quite quickly.
