Glenn was great. Down to earth, answered all my questions and we ended up chatting about a bunch of topics. He was on site before me and checked the termite situation out with excellence and gave me an honest assessment. I think it was Simon I spoke to on the phone originally (forgive me if this is incorrect) and he was great too. Got me Glenn on site in 2 hours. Wow. I recommend these guys totally. Glen was precisely on time. He made a very thorough inspection of the house and surrounds, explaining what he did and what signs we should be aware of. He advised us on how we could control any ant infestato0n in the garden and, as an example, laid ant bait in the driveway.nOverall, a pleasure to have had Glen again to inspect our property.nDoug and Kathleen Bruce

Jordan was excellentnHe was very knowledgeable, very helpful, an excellent and empathetic communicator which is a sign of a high level of emotional intelligence. Another aspect of emotional intelligence he demonstrated was the ability to quickly inspire trust which was important for me as I am very rattled by flying cockroaches!nI really appreciated all his helpful tips and I will enact them.nHe was a real professional and very customer centric in his approach.nI am very keen to do as little damage to the environment as possible and he answered all my queries about this very clearly and with obvious authority.nI originally chose Cott Pest Control in 2006 as my neighbours told me how environmentally aware they were.nThis has certainly been my experience using them!nI am delighted with their superb all around service!
