I just wanted to say a heartfelt thanks to the team at Coco and Lola. I ordered my 6 bridesmaid dresses online and the team made the process so seamless. The girls were so fantastic and reassuring over the phone. I was particularly worried because I needed to order dresses for 6 girls who lived in 3 different cities around Australia. I have to say Georgie was an amazing help and reassured me that they would do their best to respond quickly, post quickly and hold sizes if needed. The customer service was phenomenal. I was a bit hesitant to buy my bridesmaid dresses online initially but the team has made this such an easy process and all the girls absolutely loved their dresses. They look absolutely gorgeous. The material is high quality and beautiful in colour and I am super fussy. I have already recommended the store to other brides to be.

This brand advertises “site wide sales”, as well as new stock and then promptly removes all of the new stock from the sale. If you want to have a “last season’s stock” sale do that. Don’t bait customers with new items and then remove them so as to call the sale “site wide”.

Terrible customer service! I visited the nedlands store a week or so ago. I had looked at stock online and was ready to spend money. I was made to feel like trash by the staff, who looked down their noses at me and spent most of their time gossiping in the corner, at times quite loudly, rather than helping customers. Given that I knew I would be trying things on I had worn clothes that were easy to get in and out of, I was dressed nicely but wasn't super dressed up, not that it should matter! I found clothes I liked but I refuse to give money to a business where their staff do not treat customers with basic respect and decency.

I just wanted to say a big thank you! I had a great experience here and ended up with some beautiful dresses! The quality and range of the clothing is absolutely amazing and I was so thankful for the girl I had helping me, Alex! She was so friendly and polite and gave really useful feedback, providing alternatives when I like one aspect of one dress and then something about another. Then when I couldnt decide what I wanted (because there were too many options!) and initially left without purchasing anything, Alex was very encouraging of me to take me time and think about it and didnt shame me for wasting her time at all. Really big thank you! I'm sure i'll be back again :)
