Incompetent, unprofessional & lied to!nnIf these are the traits you are looking for in an organisation, then your search is over and if I could give Kresta a -5 star rating I would.nnI purchased a blind in early Oct 2020 and was told at the time that it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver and install. 13 weeks later I contacted Kresta regarding the significant delay - no explanation was given regarding the delay, no one took accountability or apologised.nnBut it gets much worse – the day of installation was a horrendous experience, with a non-English speaking installer who failed to comply with the very basic instructions that he confirmed he understood prior to starting.nnThe installer caused thousands of dollars’ worth of damage and denied he had done so. Fortunately, I took before and after photos of the job while the installer was onsite, and I was able to prove he had deliberately lied about causing the damage.nnKresta management suggested the damage was due to a miscommunication, I replied it wasn’t and asked them what kind of customer service experience do they think they are providing when they knowingly send out installers that don’t understand basic English? More importantly though - what kind of impact is this having on the mental health of their employees? No response to this last question to date.nnSome four weeks later I am still waiting to hear if/when Kresta will fix the thousands of dollars of damage caused by their installer.nnDisgusting, shocking and appalling customer service, from a highly unprofessional company.

Ordered curtains on 4th November 2019 which were to be installed prior to Christmas. If only! 3rd February and still waiting. No update, no return calls, absolutely nothing. Worst retail experience I've ever had the mismortune of receiving. I'm referring to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Only awarded one star rating as the system wouldn't allow me to rate zero.

No regular contact or update on order after 4+ weeks of waiting! Constant follow up with no response and now find that my order is ready to be installed 3 months after ordering! Might as well go with another provider who can perhaps manufacture and install by the time I get it through Kresta.

literally the worst ! waited a whole week for a call back

If I could give a zero I would! No communication, the rep I used had no voice mail and the office number I could not leave a message either. Office said they would call back and never did! Not impressed at all!!!!
