It was a chance meeting, finding O'Brien Flooring. Jimmy was able to sand and seal our jarrah floors promptly. The floors look magnificent.nThey are a real asset to the house. Very competitive price, and Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Emily

We happily recommend Jimmy from O'Brien Flooring. Jimmy was punctual, explained the process thoroughly, lived up to his promises and delivered on his commitments (a rarity in our renovation project) and above all did a great job on our floors.

We removed old carpet from three rooms to find jarrah floorboards covered in paint and black glue, a mess we thought we would sadly have to cover in new carpet.nWe were also concerned about dust if we sanded the floors since we had just painted the house and put up new white shutters. Our preference was to keep the wooden floorboards if at all possible.nI thought I should do some research and called several flooring companies but when we met Jimmy we felt we had found the right person to do the job.nHe arrived when he promised, consistently, and was pleasant, helpful and cheerful throughout the entire experience. His equipment is top quality and he is professional in his skills, thoroughness and desire to do a good job. There was so little dust by the time he got to the third room I did not bother to cover the shutters with plastic, no need!nQuite honestly Jimmy performed a miraculous makeover. We wanted to increase the value of our Mosman Park home and he helped us do exactly that with minimal fuss and expense.nThe problem is; the house feels so much cleaner without the carpet and the jarrah floors are so beautiful I do not want to sell our home...nnKaren and Dimitry Markov
