I went in without an appointment just wanting to browse, following an appointment elsewhere that morning. The ladies were absolutely amazing. While I was browsing they made an effort to communicate with me even though the store was quite busy. I ended up trying on one dress(without an appointment - amazing!) and it just happened to be 'the dress'. It was half price and absolutely stunning. I was given plenty of time and the ladies were very honest, open and gave some very good advice. I would recommend an appointment on a Saturday because they are busy. A welcoming store and I am looking forward to my fittings in the future!

Excellent service. The owner allowed us in the store 30mins after closing. We purchased 2 dresses. All of the seamstress work was completed really well. We had to let one dress out so they allowed us to come back to the store and have this done free of charge. Very happy with the service, nothing was ever too much trouble.

Super helpful and friendly from the first appointment right up to the day I picked up my dress. Could not have asked for a better result for my wedding dress.. they worked with my requirements and made me my dream dress and kept it to my budget.. it looks amazing! Very happy with my choice to go with Cupids and will recommend them to any others searching for their ideal dress.

Not a great experience, when originally buying the dress I was told that it would come in be fitted and was included in the fee I paid, I should have made her write that on the receipt, the fitting cost another $150! so another half a dress. Additionally and this is the worst part, on the first try on there was a food stain (new dress?) so they said they'd have it dry cleaned out. Went back for the final fitting, and the food was gone but a discoloured stain was present larger than where the food was!! once again told they get it dry cleaned, once again stain though lighter was still present. Though the stain is not obvious it's not something I'd expect when buying a new dress. I wouldn't recommend or return.
