Rick replaced some tiles in my shower, professional job looks like new. Arrived on time, good price, and great attitude.
Rick was fantastic and easy to communicate with. His workmanship was excellent and he always kept us informed of how the job was going. We had too go away for a couple of days and we allowed him to finish the tiling while we were gone. The job was finished and everything left clean and tidy on our return. I will certainly be contacting Rick fornmy next tiling job.
Solid quotes, great communicator (you always know what's going on), gives you options, doesn't cut corners, honest, reliable and a really nice guy. RTS did the tiling in an en-suite in my home and I couldn't recommend him enough. I especially appreciated that he didn't treat me like an idiot just because I was female, and he let me know as soon as anything needed a decision (which happens in bathroom renovations), so I got to have the job done my way and to control the budget. You do need to clean after a renovation. RTS kept things neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end. RTS used dust extractors to minimise the dust and mess.
