Extremely poor customer service. They give out $80 parking fines easily, but even if you submit an appeal, they completely ignore your reason. If you want it to be heard before a magistrate, they said it will cost me up to $3,000. Seriously? They obviously pride themselves on the fact that no-one goes to court? I wonder why??

I was shopping for bridesmaids dresses and Nadia (hope I spelt it right) was so helpful in the process. I had to exchange one for a different size and as it was a sale item therefore we had to look elsewhere as I had cleaned them out of these dresses. But Nadia was very helpful and organised one to come to the store for me to pick it up. It was one less stress I had to deal withnThank you for your help
