Went in there last week to exchange some clothes I bought online and the young lady that helped me was by herself. However even though she was so busy she provided a great memorable service. The store always has a great range and if they dont its never a hard task for them to find what your after and order it in. Great store and seemless service .
Fantastic customer service, friendly, helping staff
Walked in there and two employees were at the counter talking to each other and did not even acknowledge that me and my mother had entered the store. One of the ladies stared at me to ‘judge’ me and then kept on talking. It was such a turn off and I was happy to leave. 16/7/20 was the date we entered the store
