Receptionests are so rude. Suffering from a sever iron deficiency they didn't even offer to book me in the days they had available? I've been regular at this clinic and so has my family. There's a much better place up the road, do not go here. They will legit decline your appointment for no reason and not even inform you either (i have photo evidence of decline in appointment and no reason given) The doctors who work there are typically lovely and easy to be around but the whole place from the receptionist giving you dirty looks (especially when you happened to go to school with them and they bullied you!) And are very judgemental. The waiting room has no children's toys that are clean and playable. Toilets are confined and there's only one. Cant even grab yourself a little cup of water for the wait. You need to ask the rude receptionist, who then will act like you're forcing them to hand you the water. Just all up don't go here. If i could give 0/5 I would.

if i could give zero stars i would have. when i first went to this surgery i was pleased with the doctor i was seeing but over time when i had some genuine serious concerns for my health he wouldn't do the appropriate tests to ease my concern and pretty much ignored my repeated request to find out what was causing my pain and discomfort. will never go back there again or to any surgery that this dr may end up working at.

Not very good doctors. They need to not over book so patients dont have to wait an hour over there booked appointment! I got no support or medical advice about menopause other then go take evening primrose! Thank god for the menopause centre in Sydney whom are properly educated in this field.

Dr. Phyu helped us during a bit of a family emergency. She was quick, competent and insightful. The desk staff were likewise competent and the clinic was clean and comfortable.

After waiting 20mins for my appointment, I was in Dr Aung Kway Win’s office for 2 minutes to get a repeat asthma prevention prescription. I was then charged standard consult $76 rather than the $55 brief consult fee. If 2mins doesn’t fall into ‘brief’ not sure what would!nReceptionist said she was not going to question the doctor because that’s her boss. I said I’d give a poor review online if this couldn’t be fixed, she didn’t care.nI’m not despairing the $21 they overcharged me, but I am concerned how many times a day they do this. I’ve made a formal complaint also to the nsw health commission.nPoor form folks.
