Absolutely rubbish service. Apparently don’t stock or sell double ovens. Staring right at them. Lack of wanting to help as it was 30 mins before closing. Why bother have an ‘experience’ centre when the experience was void.

Have been here a couple of times, the first, about 12 months ago, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The most recent visit, the staff were helpful and friendly but there was a definite lack of product knowledge. Hopefully she was new and still learning. Great place to look at product variety and compare ranges

hat the service of the machine would be excellent. That is the Fisher &Paykel reputation. My dryer is still under WARRANTY. I booked the service w/c 6th May. The first appointment was the 21 May. The serviceman attended but couldnt repair the dryer as it needed two men to remove the dryer from the wall (something I was not told about). The service was then booked for the 6th June. CANCELLED on the day before by Fisher & Paykel because the serviceman was injured. The appointment time was given away within half an hour of this message being received and my spending TWENTY FIVE MINUTES ON THE PHONE waiting to book another urgent appointment. It is winter and I have a 5 month old baby in the house and drying clothes is very difficult when your DRYER DOES NOT WORK. A subsequent appointment was booked for the 11th June. But again the appointment was cancelled by FISHER & PAYKEL at 11.37am when I had been waiting since 7am as the serviceman was again injured. I took the morning off work at great cost to add to the problem. Leaving me to wonder about injuries at F&P. Another appointment was booked for the 15th June. BUT THIS HAS JUST BEEN CANCELLED as the serviceman is now to ill to work even though its Thursday today and the appointment is on Saturday. STUART BROADHURST THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I am now on HOLD for so far 13 minutes. Seriously Fisher & Paykel. This is 2019.nnWhat company cancels three appointments.
