Excellent service, quick delivery and great coffee beans. Every time I've made someone a coffee they always ask what beans I use and before I know it they're asking me to send them a link to the Zanetti website and which beans to get. Great coffee.
Great coffee all the time. Been buying the same coffee for nearly 10 years and it tastes great all the time. Quick and seamless ordering and delivery was very fast.
I have tried many different coffee beans as a part time barista. The ones that stand out the most for me are Segafredo Zanetti. The coffee blends have a real depth of flavour and are exactly as described on the packaging. My favourite is the Extra Strong locally roasted beans. I have dealt with the staff in Melbourne and they are very helpful. There is also a great selection of Espresso Machines for home or office use. Highly recommended.
I purchased a replacement super automatic machine to replace my old well love super automatic machine as nothing ever lasts forever. I had some questions regarding my new machine and called the Perth Office for some assistance. They answered my questions promptly and provided some great tips for keeping my new investment in tip top condition. Perfect customer support which is sometimes hard to find. Very happy with them and their product support.
I have been a customer for over twenty years. I am always satisfied with the beans and the service.
