So happy I decided to purchase my IPhone 12 and change my phone plan at the Good Guys Mandurah. Becky was so helpful and such a nice person - so easy to talk to ud83dude0a She helped me out so much from saving aheap of money off my new phone bills to helping me get my photos off my old phone and starting up my new. Female sales assistant not very interested asked for none Chinese. Was very stand-offish so will now buy elsewhere where I know I can buy Australian. Last purchase I bought oven told wasn't from China on getting it home was surprised to see stamped from China.

Just picked up 6 items from the good guys in mandurah, got home and one item was incorrect,nMy mistakenPast experience with retail would be too bad its your mistake. So I returned to the Good guys but didn't expect much help.nOn the contrarynStacey and the team were more than helpful, couldn't do enough even apologised and it was my fault.nItem exchanged left with the correct one.nMore than happy will not look any place elsennGood guy's Mandurah Greenfield you are the best.

Had to go there to see if I could could get good service a good price and deal of my choice of fridge/freezer. I was helped by a young lady which made me feel happy and comfortable. She also made sure I was happy with the product and service, price and delivery. I can definitely recommend The Good Guys for all your white goods need. This experience was second to none.
