Came into the store today with my family, with the intention of spending alot of money. We were not greeted by staff nor were we asked if we needed help. The two girls working were too busy having a private conversation at the counter to even approach any of us. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We left without spending $1 , I'd rather spend where staff take pride in their customers experience.
Good prices and girls here are so helpful and friendly
Shop closes at 1700, arrived at 1650 to return a shirt. As soon as entering the shop, we were told by girl at the desk that they are not open. Shop hours state open until 1700 and the doors were open. Drove over an hour to return as the local store would not accept the return either.
I buy lots of Christmas presents here for my sisters, I know nothing about girly stuff but they seem to like the gifts
