City Beach - Mandurah

I was looking to buy a pair of skate shoes, two young female staff were near buy doing nothing. After 10 minutes I approached them and said I was looking to buy some shoes. The female attendant was trying to be snobby (I'm like whatever) I asked to try on 3 different pairs of shoes and apparently they didn't have any size 9s of any of them. Terrible selection, poor customer service, I couldn't find any decent skate shoes in the whole forum. Makes me miss Perth, better customer service and way way better for clothes shopping.

On Saturday I visited the Mandurah store to buy new bathers. The majority of the women's bather bottoms have been placed on a rack that is too high for consumers to access. I asked the woman behind the front counter how I could access the bather bottoms and she wheeled over a yellow step, on wheels, and told me that I'd have to climb up if I wanted to get a pair. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and clearly not familiar with OH&S and managing the risk of falls. You need to educate your staff because if your customers are expected to climb up a step when they want to look through items, you're just asking for a lawsuit.

Very rude staff at the Mandurah store. We purchased a pair of Impala skates for my daughter over the Easter long weekend. We waited in front of the skates picking up and trying on from the selection on the wall. We were not greeted or approached for over 15 minutes. At one point I tried to find someone to help us but all were too busy talking to each other or running off completing tasks around the store. We talked amongst ourselves waiting to catch the attention of a staff member and joked that my teen daughter who is looking for work is fully qualified to work there and she could ignore people just as well - I am positive she would be far more polite and attentive!! Eventually we were helped by a young man who was probably the politest staff member we came across but did not greet us, was not very warm, made little eye contact and knew very little about the skates or the possibility of price matching another store which I had ready to show staff on my phone. He directed us to enquire at the counter. When approaching the counter there were no other customers and the staff were chatting behind the desk. I asked about the possibility of price matching the skates and the young girl was rude and blunt and refused with out even asking about the store or the price. I asked again (having worked in retail most of my working life and knowing that it definitely is something most places will do or at least look or ask management to see if they can do a better price) and was met with the same rude blunt response. After spending close to 30 minutes in store I didn't want to disappoint my daughter and walk out without them, so despite my desire to walk out and purchase somewhere else I went ahead and made the purchase. The staff member promptly went back to her very important not work related conversation behind the counter.nBefore we left the shopping centre we returned after checking stock online to buy the Impala T Tool. A staff member directed us to your competitors across the foyer. Staff had little to no product knowledge.nI personally will not be returning to buy anything from here based on this and past experiences. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever been greeted by a staff member and have been met with the same poor manners each time. I personally think it's time for some retraining and a staff shake up.

Nice staff but couldn't get a rashy in a surf store , odd !!@

Asked for the sarongs and I was informed by the young worker they didn't have any but I did find them ended up buying a dress and bikinis were cheap.
