I received a text message from this fashion store a while ago. The message was asking me to pay an account which was more than 3 months old. I called the store; eventually they worked out that the message was a mistake; meant for another person.nI had seen a very nice coat that I really admired in the store. I called them and requested to have an account. Just 30 days. The person I spoke to seemed fine with it, so I went into the store in Pinjarra.nI was immediately pounced upon by a woman around forty. (Give or take).nI explained my situation. Asked about the coat.nI'm sorry to say, but that person made me feel so low and insignificant. She smiled a really forced and fake smile. Stated, ' Oh we only have accounts for VIP'S.!nWell darling, guess what. I am very important. I am important to myself and my loved ones. I am humble and caring! You would do well with a lesson in humility, and customer service. I won't darken your little shop's doorstep again. Rather go to Target.nnRegards,nSusanne.
