I went there to buy something and I ask the lady there and she wasnt help she was so rude when I ask something and she never smile or friendly and I ask again she said we are small store not a big warehouse we cant fit everythingnWell I know it's small store but doesn't have to be rude just saying nicely. Maybe give the solution and be more friendly that would be nicenThank you

Had a fantastic experience in house joondalup today.nI went in to just buy an everyday knife and ended up buying a knife set, I was greeted by a lovely smile from a young lady called “Tree” which did make me chuckle to myself as I read her name badge as “Tree house” she was so helpful and updated me to a knife set which now has pride of place in my kitchen! Thank you Tree for welcoming me into the store and for someone that hates shopping at the best of times had a very enjoyable experience.

I saw that the cake fork was on sale for $2, so I decided to buy,, but the lady in the counter charge me $3 and when I told her that it was tag $2, she said that it is $3, then I showed her where i got it, and it was clear that it is $2. She got mad at me as if it is my fault that they price the product wrong. She became very rude to me. When she gave the receipt, she said “here you can inspect it all you want”. She was really really rude! And now, I check their website and saw that the forks was really $2.

Pathetic and useless. Asked for help on an item, was told they don't have it, then found it myself in the store. The staff member blamed me for not asking the right question. Then went to the counter but had to wait for another staff member to finish off their Macca's milkshake. Definitely not worth the effort, especially if you come across the rude staff I did.

I have to say a big thankyou to the staff at House Joondalup for all the help during Saturday 9th May 2020.nThe store was extremely busy as was Lakeside and each and every one of the sales girls were going out of their way to ensure all customers were being looked after.nUnder the circumstances with all these people they helped myself and I want to say your all doing an amazing job and your all a credit to the company at House!!!
