Been to a lot of gyms. Had a lot of failed times.nnThis gym has become my happy place, I went tonight really feeling down and not motivated. But there was something about it the atmosphere in there that made me say, I will do this.nnShauna is a true asset to this gym, made me feel welcome from day one. The people I have met have made me feel so welcome.nnI go here more than I ever thought I'd go to a gym and will keep doing so!nnStrongly recommend to anybody who wants to go to a gym but is nervous to at least give this place a shot.
Nice small gym but that’s about it. Staff are unhelpful and spend most of their time talking to each other rather than helping the paying members of the gym. They also would get angry if I asked for some advice when I had to interrupt their conversation. I’m glad I cancelled my membership and moved on a few years ago. The parking is also not the greatest. In response to your response below:nna) My feedback is genuine. If it wasn't I would have just left one star under a false alias. I was a member of this gym a few years ago. I don’t use my full name on google for obvious privacy reasons.nb) Back then the staff were rude and not the greatest.nc) I moved gyms, they were better so I gave them 5 stars for customer service because I was reflecting on the differences between you and your competitors gym.nAs a side note - I’ve changed my rating to two stars for the effort with the reply and maybe I was being a little harsh, still more needs to be done to improve things, especially with customer service.
I have never felt comfortable in a gym before and have jumped from one to the other never reaching my goal. My dad introduced me to Snap in Joondalup and told me it is the Average Joes of gyms. He couldn’t be more right! This place is so friendly and welcoming, that I feel comfortable coming here by myself. Shauna the manager goes out of her way to help with basic work outs and Fun and friendly competitions to keep everyone motivated. She really cares about the people that go there and the equipment, they are always working and in a clean and safe condition. This place is awesome!
Amazing gym, improved a lot in recent times (i was a member back in 2010). Lots of equipment, clean, very nice staff and not too busy! Definitely reccomend.
Poor customer service which takes multiple days to get back when there is a problem, facility's are okay, access card doesn't work. Better off going elsewhere
