If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter purchased a pair of shoes that she saved for herself. Shoes were faulty. JD offered a replacement pair with no issues. We had to order the replacement pair through the instore kiosk as none available in store. Three weeks later no shoes have been delivered. I rang customer service to inquire on status to be told the order had been cancelled due to a glitch in the system. When asked why I wasn't informed was told I should of received an email telling me so. No email received. Told must be in your spam. Spam checked, no email. When I asked them to reinstate the order I was told to go into the store to sort it out. When I argued technically it was an online order as ordered on the kiosk system, I received the reply not my problem. If I didn't go into the store I wouldn't receive the shoes. Long story short. Multiple phone calls. Onus put on customer to fix problem even though problem with their computer system. No compensation offered.

First store ever seen in Australia where I saw they ripped off company price and put there own price higher than company price. Same article with different price tag it was very weird to see how it can possible for a reputed store. If they want to sell the items on higher price but it should not be in this cheap way. They must show the original price. This is my opinion. I might be wrong but I am sharing whatever I feel in the store.

Very helpful staff even when busy. I like that they can check the sizes with portable scanner.

Unhelpful staff member. Basically told me that they don't have what I was after, was rude about and called me Sir. I am a female in a dress pretty sure it was obvious I was not a male. There was no need to be rude about not having the stock either and working in customer service you offer alternatives or when you might get more stock in.

I am dissapointed with the service I was there last week Friday at around 10am i was there to buy shoes...there were plenty of staff doing nothing and one of them was singing and no one attended me,no one was even bothered asking if i wanted help i was there about 15 to 20min...got upset and went to footlockers and bought the same shoes for $200 that i was to buy from your store...will not be coming back to your store.
