Plenty of choice. Good prices.
I bought two pairs of pants today at Katies and it said that everything is 50% off. When I got home, I checked my receipt. I was charged the orange sticker price on one of the pants, and did not get a discount on it. So, I went online and checked the Katies' website and found out that I should have gotten a further discount on the discounted items. Not impressed with the way they do the business, they offered a big discount to attract customer to buy stuff from them but in reality, reluctant to give it away. Lack of honesty!
I've shopped many times at Katies. I went in today to be told in a patronising tone that what was looking at was $100! And a sign that says everything under $15 is misleading, and asking about it something any shopper would do. I am done with Katies. Plenty of other beautiful retailers I can take my business to.
