I shop here every now and then, and I enjoy shopping here and always have, but the standard seems to have gone down unfortunately. I understand there is a queue to get into the store, but the wait isn’t worth it. Yes the deals at the moment are great and it is an outlet, but the presentation of the store is not up to standard, there are bundles of clothes not just thrown over the table but also on the floor across areas of the store, and the staff don’t seem too concerned tidying it up. It makes it difficult to find anything, and the sizes that I was after aren’t even there to be able to shop them. Trying to find a staff member or seeing a staff member even merely interested in helping out customers has become a mission. The management in this store needs to be retrained on how to do the job accordingly and how retail works, until the standards are improved I don’t think it’s worth my time coming in as I’m always left disappointed rather than pleased with this store lately.

I came in to buy an outfit and stood there for a good 5 minutes looking and not one of your staff approached me.nnI could see 3 guys in the back area, a tall guy, blonde guy and one with ginger hair. They looked at me but just kept chatting amongst themselves completely ignoring me.nnIn addition the place was a complete mess.nnFor such a well renowned brand you’d expect some half competent staff and a better presented store.

Store was really nice, but your staff were quite rude. Talking amongst themselves in sections of the store and not working. One of the girls (blonde hair) also kept cutting in front of me leaving me no space to look, walking around with no regard for customers looking. Great store but staff not so great.

I got a faulty shirt from tommy hilfiger DFO,want to exchange for a new one that is not faulty but the lady at the check out said I'm not allowed a refund or exchange because it don't have a tag anymore.I got the receipt,but she still insist that she cannot do anything about it.I didn't even wear it even once.I'm really disappointed I spend my money for a branded product that is faulty and never got to exchange for a good item.I left the tommy store with a huge disappointment,and i also left the t-shirt with the lady at the counter.What is the use of taking it home if i can't even wear it.

Came in on a super weekend and was very disappointed by the lack of commitment by a lot of the Male staff. They all seemed to be too interested in their own conversations than offering to help me or other customers.nnVery disappointing to see from people representing a brand such as Tommy. No wonder it's so cheap now.
