Since the change over from last year’s consultant and receptionist, the service has been of very high standard. Both the consultant and lovely lady at reception make you feel welcome by greeting you positively and listening to your needs. Thank goodness for such a positive change over as the last lot were rude, unprofessional and more concerned about gossiping on the phone to friends. Well done Zoran on creating such a positive and welcoming environment!

the consulate staff was great, but the recommended translator or franchisee was the worst person to work with. The usual cost is $ 69 with a 3-4 day time turnaround from perthtranslation.com.au. Fran took more than 6 days and charged $ 80 per page. she made up excuses and lies to cover it up because she didn’t want to do the job I paid her. do yourself a favor and don’t deny her a favor. disgusted in her
The consulate staff were great but DO NOT USE the recommended translator. I paid her $ 240 for 3 documents which took her 6 days to translate. I did not accept this and took my documents and money back. The translator is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She lied to delay the work to be done, she gave false dates and times for the collection. Do you self a favor and save your self the hassle and the headaches. Use Perth translation service instead.
