The security guy at the desk is very helpful.Only helpful person. Long queues, smile does not exist there. They called me , i missed the call, first day tries to call back , 15 minutes first tea break, then 30 minutes lunch, 3rd time ,15 minutes, 3rd time no luck either. just went in a loop, English press 1, Chinese press 2, long instruction, speak to Operator press 9. .... I thought their telephone broken down, or maybe they forgot to pay telephone bills. It stressed me out, why they called ,maybe they asked me to hand over more documents, or they are not happy with pics, they are so fussy about pics... Second day again , same story, failed 30 minutes, used up all my breaks, another 2 sets of 15 lunch time, then asked boss to call them additional time, 10 minutes down, nothing, emailed them twice, no answers, finally got an answer through email. , asked me to pick up passport 1 week later. Wow i almost threw the telephone out of the window

Fantastic service. Less than 5 minutes waiting when submitting application and less than 2 minutes when picking up Visa at appointed time. Express service next day. All staff and front reception very polite and efficient. I was truly amazed and impressed. Great experience.

The staff were efficient and helpful, waiting time in the office was minimal, I recieved my visa on time, as promised.

Service is quick.They will tell you if paperwork incomplete.Quick to get visa 4 days but better to be earlier to reduce stress.Can pay more to get it quicker if necessary.
