This place will become your second home!nThe coaches and members are so uplifting. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and really push you to be your best. The changes I’ve seen in my overall fitness and my mentality in such a short period of time, are quite incredible. I wish I joined this community sooner.

One of the best things I've done was join CrossFit Mackay. i Had never done CrossFit before and i was hooked after my first session. With the help of the wonderful coaches and the supportive members I'm smashing my fitness goals and continuously growing and learning ways to lead a healthier lifestyle. I HIGHLY recommend CrossFit Mackay!! Simone and Maddison (owners) are fantastic people, who love to help you on your fitness journey.
