This gym is an excellent gym, I like the training it is very technically focussed and covers all aspects of Muay Thai, clinching, kicks, punches, footwork. We also get to do sparring at the end of every class which makes every class so much fun. Good group of people, good comaraderie - fun for all ages and skill levels
