Funk Cider

Great place, went with my group at last minute. All the staff went above and beyond, even to the Chef coming out to us to see if our meals were ok, great gesture. Food excellent value for money, will definitely be going back. Thank you.

We started off with the Ploughmans Board. Everything as tasty as it looks! Plus hey gave AMPLE chunks of cheese The cheese board was good but I'd go back for the pizza! We got Martys Meat and it did not disappoint. Quality meats, good cheese and sauce. Tasty treat. Craft sodas were great but those juices were fantastic! They mixed well with the sodas. All in all not a bad deal for your dollars!

Nice venue and great selection of on tap ciders. I was mad for "Sex Machine" on tap. So smooth with a strong sweet vanilla flavour. Unfortunately I bought 2x 4 packs of the canned version to take away and it was truly awful. It doesn't actually taste anything like the tap. It was sour, dry and had no vanilla flavour at all. I'm not usually fussy but I ended up tipping it out down the drain.

Im a cider drinker, the scrumpy is a good one. All the other are too sweet for me. I like cider dry, and not very sweet. The food was good too! 🙌

Arrived about 3:30pm and were happy with the service and the sample to help us decide what to order. Unfortunately once we moved outside the place was locked up and the music turned off. Really made us feel we had to rush our drinks and leave. We couldn't even drop our empty glasses inside.
