Nice big building outside the airport and has great staff. Very easy to navigate to.

So pleased with the price, security and customer service at this location. Joanne at the front desk has been great in every interaction we have had.

New and clean. Easy access to storage unit on 1st floor. Unit located next to lift and is under constant video surveillance. Excellent value for money and great customer service

Wonderfully helpful staff. The place is clean, secure and extremely well maintained. There are closer options for me but I chose this because of the better quality. It is easy to access, has space to manoeuvre within the complex, and staff even check regularly to make sure you have secured your lock correctly.

We rented a lock-up unit from Joeanne at National storage for 8 months and couldn't be happier with the entire process.  The sign up was easy, she was advertising the best prices we could find in the Midland/Guildford/Airport area and the storage space was extremely secure, clean and tidy.  Correspondence and invoicing while we were away overseas was excellent.  We also paid just an additional $10 per month to insure our belongings (which is optional). When we returned, accessing our unit, removing our stuff and finishing the lease was all hassle free and too easy.  Trolleys, sack barrows and hoists are on site to make moving easy.  Vehicle access to the units is excellent. There are toilet and shower facilities on site for customers.  Joeanne was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and giving us a tour of the storage facility and information on everything on site.  Access off Tonkin Highway is easy.  I highly recommend this National Storage site and if needed, I would definitely use them again.
