Grace Removals Perth

I paid more then i planned to move interstate as I got the reassurance that Grace were the best. I am far from happy with the outcome. All my fragile boxes were damaged, most of my plastic tubs are either broken or not there and the contents have just been thrown in a box. All the response I got back was things move in the truck, not our fault. I certainly won't be using or recommending Grace removalist to anyone.. go elsewhere.

Very impressed with the team at Grace. First interstate move for me. Furniture and my car. Easier than I first thought. All queries answered promptly. Dan was very helpful from our initial meeting. Thanks to Aaron and Darren for a job well packed !!... and also their respect shown to me and the care of my precious items. And thanks to Bobby and Kane for unloading at the Victorian end. Would certainly use Grace Removals again and would not hesitate to recommend their services..

Great service. Gillian Graham, Moving Consultant was really amazing and accomodated all our requests. Grace is a bit expensive compared to some others, but..,, what you pay is what you get! Service was great. Our move was a bog one over 3 days and the movers ( Luke and his team) were very responsive and made our life a lot easier under a stressful time of moving houses. They pack items so very well, and even helped us get rid of stuff we didn’t want. You will not go wrong with Grace,

Bullying at it's finest. Woeful. Moved my neighbour at the rear and I witnessed the truck barreling down the driveway cleaning up my cottonwoods on the right and damaged paint on my fence on the left. I SAW THIS HAPPEN WITH MY OWN EYES - I make a complaint and am told that it didn't happen, that they will not be paying (admission made on the day when driver offered to brush touch the fence if I didn't make a complaint). They even went as far as to blatantly lie about how many staff were on the job! Amazing from a company as large as this. Bullying at it's finest. Stand over tactics in play here folks. Grace... YOU FAIL! The real measure is how you respond when times get tough. Take your money elsewhere
