What a pleasure it has been to deal with Winning Appliances, purchasing my new Electrolux induction cooktop. I knew what cooktop I wanted and spoke to a very helpful salesman at the Crows Nest store and paid over the phone. Winning stayed in touch every step of the way. Their communication regarding delivery was excellent! On delivery day (today), they delivered on time as per their communication. Their technicians were fabulous, removed the old cooktop and installed the new cooktop promptly, tested the equpiment and cleaned up after themselves!! They were 2 very professional young men. Winning Appliances, please give them my feedback. I am so pleased I went with Winning Appliances, and highly recommend them. I can't wait to use my cooktop.

great initial contact and quote for appliances - salesman just jumps onto interweb for each item to match lowest competitor price. But 2 days later I visit again to purchase at quoted prices, another salesman places the order and initially refuses to honour quote on one appliance when he can’t find that competitor’s price. I was about to walk, until he backed down. Then delivery organised but no packaging or old appliance removal. Motto: get a formal letterhead quote, and work through the delivery process before finalising.
